Eligible for return
- Unused and unopened products in their original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Wrong or damaged item received — we’ll fix it at our cost
- Factory-sealed supplements, oils, and skincare in resellable condition
Not eligible
- Products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
- Products damaged by misuse or improper storage after delivery
How refunds work
- Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account you nominate.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after your returned items pass inspection.
- If we sent the wrong or a damaged item, return shipping is on us — you pay nothing.
